Colorado Springs
A local project developer bought the real estate in 1978. He cultivated the station to offices and a restaurant with the aim to preserve as much as possible of the old environment of the station. Homburg Holdings bought the area of the landlord in 1989, whereupon numerous improvements took place. The roof of the station got new tiles and the original restaurant was renovated. Nowadays the Harvey House restaurant is an auditorium for a college. It is notable by the high curved ceilings and the colored skylights. On the second floor more than 650m ² was cultivated for a certain tenant. The building with three floors, that's built next to the area, has been cultivated by Homburg. They named it The Homburg Centre. This building is a big step for Homburg because it is the first Homburg Centre in the United States.
