Amstelveen

Amstelveen is a municipality in the Dutch province of North Holland. It borders the city of Amsterdam to the North and is located close to Schiphol airport. As of January 1st, 2008, Amstelveen had a population of 79,003. This figure is practically unchanged from the previous year. According to the new census projections (2008-2038), Amstelveen will grow by a few hundred people a year over the coming years.

This site is part of the Kronenburg Business Park in Amstelveen. Its total leasable space is over 10,000 m². The building is located in a park-like setting. The three connected offices were built in the 1990’s. Phase I is six storeys high, phase II is five storeys, and phase III is four storeys. The underground garage can accommodate 197 cars. At this time, the building is under lease to two companies: Deloitte, Chartered Accountants is leasing 9000 m² until 2010, and LTP Holding B.V is leasing over 36,000 m² until 2016.
