Two angular buildings have been developed on the premises at Wellington Courts. The buildings are 4 storeys high. Together, the buildings have 218 apartments: 80 one-bedrooms, and 138 two-bedrooms. The underground parking deck has capacity for 290 cars. In addition to these, there are also 37 above-ground parking places for residents and visitors.
