Appartmentcomplex Clareview is located at 4245-139 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Eight kilometres at North-east of the downtown center and is well reachable from the south and west by means of the Yellowhead Trail, 137 Avenua or with public transportations. The buildings are six storeys high with a total of 226 luxuriously rentable appartments and a underground parking deck. In addition to these, there are also above-ground parking places for visitors. In each building there is a lift. Shops, churches a firedepartment and schools are within walking distance. On two kilometres west of the appartment complex one finds Londonderry Mall, a large regional shopping centre. Recently they build serveral theaters, a warehouse and two Home Improvement stores in the neighbourhood.
