Martijn Leenaers (1976)
Martijn Leenaers (1976) is responsible for the financial policy within the
Homburg group (Europe) B.V. In addition, he is also responsible for management
of Homburg Trust Services B.V. and Homburg Real Estate Management B.V., which is
part of the Full Service Concept offered to investors in direct property
holdings in the Netherlands.
Mr. Leenaers has been involved with the Homburg group since 2008. Prior to
that, he worked as an auditor for eight years at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte
where he was involved in audits of companies like Air France/KLM and a number of
real estate organizations, including project developers and investors. Over this
period, he garnered a great deal of experience in the area of financial
reporting and team leadership.
He has completed his studies and is a registered Chartered Accountant in the
Netherlands (Registeraccountant). He is currently pursuing an additional Master
in Real Estate degree at the School of Real Estate in Amsterdam.
