The total investment comes to 29.210.950 CAD, including costs. The required equity capital of 9.885.000 CAD was raised by Partnership Homburg Clareview en Homburg Invest Inc. Homburg Invest Inc. participates with 5% of their own equity capital. The remaining required equity capital was raised by Partnership Homburg Clareview, ivided among 626 participations at a value of 15,000 CAD each (approx. 9,000 Euros).

Appartmentcomplex Clareview is located at 4245-139 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Eight kilometres at North-east of the downtown center and is well reachable from the south and west by means of the Yellowhead Trail, 137 Avenua or with public transportations. The buildings are six storeys high with a total of 226 luxuriously rentable appartments and a underground parking deck.

In addition to these, there are also above-ground parking places for visitors. In each building there is a lift. Shops, churches a firedepartment and schools are within walking distance. On two kilometres west of the appartment complex one finds Londonderry Mall, a large regional shopping centre. Recently they build serveral theaters, a warehouse and two Home Improvement stores in the neighbourhood.

Mooie rendementen zijn in deze tijd al bijzonder genoeg, maar een prachtig rendement op een investering in vastgoed is uitzonderlijk.
