Homburg Trust is a valuable addition to the services rendered by Homburg. We will be able to serve as director for real estate funds and provide accounting services. Our clients will now have the possibility to outsource the whole property management and accounting of the fund to one group. The advantage of one group providing all these services is that they will only have one contact for all information and reports on their property as well as their fund level.

The Dutch National Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) has granted Homburg Trust Services B.V. a license to operate as a Trust company under supervision of the Trust Offices Act (Wet toezicht trustkantoren).
