Our vision on property management focuses on a long term relationship between the tenant and the lessor. By maintaining regular contact with the tenants, we know their wishes and expectations and we are able to define opportunities for our clients. For the property portfolio, Homburg focuses on achieving maximum returns by letting out properties as quickly as possible after they become vacant and by regularly reviewing and adjusting rents in line with market prices. Maintenance and the service costs must be aimed at maintaining or improving the quality of the property, which directly influences the accommodation of the tenant. The objective always remains the maximization of direct and indirect returns for the client.

ISO 9001

Homburg Real Estate Management B.V. has been certified according to norm ISO 9001:2000 since April of 2005, and according to norm ISO 9001:2008 since April of 2009.

This norm pertains to the quality management system introduced by Homburg with respect to commercial, technical, financial, and administrative services in the area of real estate management. Furthermore, the certificate also applies to the commercial activities for expansion of the portfolio under management.
